Team Building

At least twice a year the VMN Team conducts a team-building seminar. The purpose is to review our progress in movie making and proclaiming of the Good News through video. It is also a time to learn from each other’s experiences in order to be aware of our weaknesses and strengths and how each one could maximize his or her God given talents.

One major part of the team-building has to do with spiritual refreshment as well as joyful fellowship. Only if we ourselves keep spiritually alive can we encourage others to do likewise.

Another major part is looking ahead and setting goals for the future. We ask ourselves: “Where is the Word of God not sufficiently being proclaimed ? How do we start a new work in a tribe and what plans and recourses do we have - not just to start but also to develop such a work?
