There will be a day when the Lord examines our lives. Blessed the Person who’s life is written in the Book of Life! The Lord sits on his Throne. Lazarus is called in by an angel. Upon the question whether his name is written in the Book of Life the reply comes with a “YES”. Lazarus cannot understand how that could happen. All his life he has been sick and good for nothing. The flash back of his life on the screen only underlines that point. But the Lord said: “Your faith in me has saved you, not your doings nor anything else”. Bisfor the rich man is being called in.
