1. PRAYER - We take part in the global prayer movement amongst the tribal people. This practice and dependency on God will help us to keep in step with his will.

2. FAITH – With faith in God we attempt to overcome hindrances and obstacles in order to proclaim the Good News of Salvation

3. CONSTANT FOCUS– We are working towards a church planting movement. Everything we do will focus on this goal.

4. PLEASING LIFESTYLE – We seek to live lifestyles that are culturally appropriate with the groups we are working with. Learning their language and culture will show that we appreciate them as valuable people.

5. GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS - We network with existing churches, mission organizations, non- government and local government agencies in the Philippines. We also network with agencies globally who share our common goals.

6. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – We engage in sustainable and reproducible God glorifying activity that will improve the quality of life of the Tribal People and ensure the sustainability of the church until Christ comes.
